Some examples:
A single Flower Power symbol on a payline will complete the winning combination if the correct symbols are present.
So if a 1-Bar and a 2-Bar appear on the payline with a Flower Power Symbol this will complete a 3 Any-Bars payout paying 7 coins.
Similiarly if two Peace Symbols appear on the payline with a Flower Symbol this will complete a 3 Peace Symbol payout paying 300 coins.
2 Flower Power symbols and a 3-Bar on the payline will combine to produce 3 3-Bars on the payline that would pay out 80 coins.
And so on...
